Made to order

We don't keep stock. Your mug, shirt, tote, or sticker is printed (or your hat embroidered) and packed once you order it, which is why nothing arrives next-day and why we can carry so many designs without waste.

Timing

We make it after you order. It usually ships in 2 to 5 days.

We're not taking orders yet. When we start, you'll get tracking by email after the carrier scans the package. The short version is on tracking.

Where we ship

Within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on orders $39 and up. $6.99 flat below that. Multiple pieces in one order ship together.

If something arrives wrong

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Printing or embroidery errors, damaged goods, and misprints are on us.

A change of mind is different. If the order hasn't been made yet, we can cancel it. Message us quickly, since we get started fast. Once a personalized item has been printed, it can't be resold, so we can't take it back just because someone changed their mind.
